Case Study: FITC Toronto 2025 – Creative Event Photography at Canada’s Leading Tech and Design Conference
Overview:
In April 2025, I had the privilege of attending and photographing FITC Toronto 2025, one of Canada’s leading creative technology conferences. Held on April 28-29, this event brought together top minds in design, technology, and creativity. As both an attendee and photographer, I had the opportunity to capture the dynamic energy of this immersive tech and creative conference.

As a photographer, my main goal was to capture the creative and inspiring atmosphere of FITC. I aimed to document the energy of the event, from the keynote talks and hands-on workshops to behind-the-scenes moments and networking opportunities. Every image was meant to reflect the vibrant spirit of the conference, highlighting both the learning and the creative collaborations that took place.
Memorable Moments & Creative Connections
One of the highlights of FITC Toronto 2025 was meeting Jessica Hische, a renowned designer and letterer. Not only did she share incredible insights on typography and design, but she also gave me a personal shout-out for being an “awesome photographer” and a “great hugger.” This moment perfectly captured the warmth and creativity that made FITC so special.
As a photographer, I made sure to capture diverse moments, from impactful speaker sessions to candid networking exchanges, ensuring that each photo told a story of innovation and collaboration.
